ADMISSIONS POLICY

Nile Valley School takes great pride in ensuring that your son/daughter achieves academic excellence in a safe, caring and supportive environment. The administration warmly welcomes each new family and we look forward to getting to know you during the new school year.


New students will undertake a placement exam. Once accepted a one off non-refundable fee must be paid prior to a student starting school. All new students are subjected to probation periods.

Tuition payments are made twice a year, these being two payments being made in August and December.

Holding Fees (non- refundable) are to be paid no later than the 31st March prior to start to the next academic year.  Holding fees will expire by the 15th of September unless there is written communication between the school and parent. 

Accounts in arrears are subject to several consequences such as, withholding of report cards, withdrawal of sport teams and risk of securing a place within NVS for the following year.
